Main Ballroom

The main ballroom is the entire second floor of the building. It is an open, free-spanning space, with seating up to 460, a catering kitchen, audio/visual equipment, and a full bar. It is our main attraction.

 

 

 

 

1st Conference (w/Bar)

The first-floor conference space can seat up to 300 people. The room can be divided in half for smaller events, seating 150 people each. A full bar is available, when renting the room as whole, or specifically the half with the bar (pictured). Simultaneous, individual events can be held in each half of the conference room.

When divided, the west half offers gorgeous views, but does not include a bar (pictured). Simultaneous, individual events can be held in each half of the conference room.

One-Day Wedding Rental Options

Main Ballroom

One Day - Seating for up to 450

  • 8am - Midnight

  • Add Extra ½ Day - $500 (Friday 1/2 Day OR Sunday 1/2 Day)

  • Includes bartenders 4 hrs. ($25/hr. for additional hrs.)

  • Catering Kitchen

  • Tables & Chairs (Tables available for all events – White Plastic 6’ Rounds & 8’ Rectangles and 8’ Wooden Harvest Tables)

  • Table linens

  • Bride & Groom Rooms (1st Floor)

  • Audio/Visual Equipment

  • Setup/Cleanup

  • Building Access Card for event rental hours

  • No Rooftop access

Full Room - seating for 250-300

  • 8am - Midnight

Three-Day Wedding Rental Options

Friday and Saturday 8am – Midnight

Sunday 8am – 2:00 pm
